All products sold by Simple Legumes are digital downloads delivered in PDF format.

Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, refunds are handled differently from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By purchasing from Simple Legumes, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided.

However, if you believe there has been an error with your order or you have experienced a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Each request is considered individually, and any refund decision will be made at our discretion.

Downloaded Products

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally not eligible for a refund.

Because digital files can be saved, copied, and retained after delivery, we are unable to verify whether a product has been permanently removed from a customer's device.

If you believe that the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, please contact us with details of the issue. We will investigate promptly and make reasonable effort to resolve the problem.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Verified duplicate purchases are eligible for a full refund. To help us locate your order, please include the email address used during checkout when contacting support.

Access Problems

If you are unable to access or download your cookbook after purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Most access-related issues can be resolved quickly by verifying your order and restoring access to your download.

Failure to receive an email, expired download links, or other technical delivery issues do not automatically qualify for a refund, as these problems can usually be resolved without delay.
